Danielle M. Casucci is Vice President of Clinical Operations at MimiVax. She joined the company by way of her career at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center, where she became involved in SurVaxM’s first Phase 1 and first Phase 2a trials and helped extend the program’s reach to some of the most prestigious cancer institutions in the United States. Danielle is responsible for the oversight of MimiVax’s clinical trials, including safety reporting, protocol compliance, monitoring, regulatory affairs, and the expansion of the trial network both nationally and internationally as studies extend to additional centers across the United States, China and Canada.

Danielle is a graduate nurse with a BS in Biology and a BA in Psychology, both from Canisius University in Buffalo, NY. She is an active member of the Society of Clinical Research Associates (SOCRA) and the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO), and has spent more than 30 years in clinical research spanning medical device and advanced pharmaceutical development, with specializations across a range of therapeutic oncology areas. She has collaborated with oncologists around the world to help bring new advancements in cancer care forward, and has co-authored more than 20 journal articles in medical device, pharmaceutical and oncology research.

Danielle is also an active co-chairwoman and nine-time finalist of the Empire State Ride, a week-long cycling event spanning more than 550 miles from New York City to Niagara Falls that has raised millions of dollars for cancer research at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center in Buffalo, NY.
